Job Title :	Layout artist
Description :	Every month RAISE produces its "Regional Network" newsletter. The copy is produced in-house and the layout done, also in-house, in Quark Xpress. The publication is circulated to over 1000 RAISE members, many of whom copy it and send it to their members. We invite persons skilled in Quark to produce issues electronically from time to time - thus acting as a Guest Editor. You will need, naturally, an email address, an ability to meet tight deadlines, an unprecious approach to your work, skill in copywriting, skill in Quark - and Illustrator maybe - and an interest in the developing Regional agenda.
