RAISE invites bids for a contract for up to £6,000to carry out an evaluation of the work and impact of RAISE. Completed forms must reach Carol by noon on Friday 30th August. The successful bidder will be notified by phone on Tuesday 10th September and will be expected to commence work on the Project immediately. Work must be completed by the Friday 15th November 2002.
