Independent Complaints Advocacy Services (ICAS)ICAS is a new service offering independent advice, support and advocacy to people wishing to make a complaint about their care or treatment by the NHS. This service will be available nationally from Spring 2003.This may be of interest (colleagues in health related field) whether you feel like bidding or not. It is in advance of a meeting in West Sussex & with Brighton & Hove CHC but it's probably going out around the region too.
