If you anticipate running an event for Adult Learners’ Week, would you be willing to assist in the national evaluation process of the campaign? Over England we are collecting the names of a number of adult visitors to Adult Learners’ Week events to take part in a follow-up telephone survey in June 2004.The survey helps provide evidence of the Campaign’s beneficial effect on potential adult learners and any support you can offer us is very much appreciated. The personal information is not used for any other purpose than Adult Learners’ Week evaluation and the names of respondents are not passed to any parties other than the company contracted to operate the survey. The survey itself takes only about five minutes.If you would be willing to help collect this data please complete and fax back the attached form.
