Below is a list of points raised in the workshops at the Share the Learning event, we would welcome your input into the debate:
1. Accessing common training for development of VCO skills2. Communication strategies for VCOs3. Respect for the variety of strting points/strengths of different VCOs4. Share learning/experience between VCOs, develop coherent learning/training5. Develop the user voice6. Meshing informal and formal education processes to support people who want to move on. Understanding pathways.7. Understanding of targets and restrictions for LLSC and funding8. A common Management Information System accross the consortia9. Need to speak with one voice10. Consortia are important for small orgnaisations, more equal partnership - must build partnership in the consortia11. Need to secure development funding (everyone has a day job!)12. Need an experienced lead body (with the capacity)13. Input to local area reviews14. Long term relationship to breakdown 'them and us' aand avoid in sector fighting.15. Individual and collective responsibility, participation and respect. An agreed shared aim.
