CEMVO has a mission to build the strategic capacity of ethnic minority voluntary sector organisations and networks. Its role is to equip the sector to secure long term funding so as to participate fully in social regeneration, education, learning skills, and achieving broader public policy objectives. It also aims to increase the participation of ethnic minority communities in the partnership process, consultation and civic life.
