Job Title:

PA Administrator (30 hrs pw) Ref: HC 417J

Job Description:

To support the Programme Team and Partnership Board in the busy day-to-day administration of the programme. Duties include taking accurate notes of monthly board meetings, liaising with projects and other statutory and voluntary sector service providers, developing and implementing office systems, being first point of contact by phone, working independently and with initiative and ability to competently manage pc requirements.

Salary Details:

£12,987 - 16,515 pro rata (D2)

Person Description:

CFM is looking for an experienced PA/Administrator to support its programme for children and their families in Medway for the next three years. The postholder is required to have the ability to work independently. Interview date 28/05/03 daytime

Organisation summary:

The Children’s Fund Medway is part of a national government scheme, managed by the Department of Education and Skills, to improve the well-being of children. Children’s Fund Programmes were launched in 2000 and Children’s Fund Medway followed in April 2002. The programme is funded until March 2006.The programme supports preventive services for 5 – 13 year olds who may be at risk of social exclusion. Children’s Fund Medway is lead by a Partnership Board made up of voluntary, statutory and community representatives
