Job Description:

Work-life balance is critical to the success of voluntary organisations in meeting the needs of their beneficiaries. You will bring your experience of working in the sector, and your commitment to building its effectiveness, to the 2nd phase of this ground-breaking project. You will provide information and support on all aspects of successful work-life balance development to voluntary sector managers and trustees; promote and communicate the projects aims and resources; and support a network of volunteer work-life facilitators who are working with the smallest local organisations.
