1 post in Surrey1 post in East Sussex, Brighton & Hove 1 post in West Sussex2 posts in Kent, Medway & Swale, 1 post in Oxfordshire1 post in Bucks & Milton Keynes1.5 posts in Hamps, Portsmouth, Southampton 0.5 post in Isle of Wight 1 post to cover W.Berks, Slough, Reading, Windsor/Maidenhead, Bracknell Forest, WokinghamTo provide administrative/secretarial and clerical support to the ICAS service, together with advice and information about the NHS Complaints Procedure (Levels 1-2) to callers to the service, and to assist the effective development and running of the project.Applicants need experience of general office work including note-taking at meetings, IT and experience of operating, inputting and maintaining a database system for monitoring purposes. Training in advice work can be provided.

Salary Details:

NJC Scale 5, 22-25 £16,944 -18,582
