NEXT STEPS & PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT CO-ORDINATOR

Job Description:

We are seeking to employ a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team in Berkshire, based in Slough.The post-holder will be required to develop an effective network of referral agencies to support the recruitment of individuals onto the Team Programmes in East Berkshire. They will also be required to provide on going careers support for individuals whilst on the programme and organise a network of volunteer supporters/ mentors/advisors to provide post programme progression support.

Salary Details:

£18,000 - £22,000 pa (One year initial contract)

Person Description:

You will require excellent communication and organisation skills with the ability to organise your own workload are also essential for these roles. The candidates will need to also demonstrate an innovative and flexible approach to work.
