Job Title:

Advice Services Manager (24 hours per week)

Job Description:

To ensure an efficient quality service is provided to the local community. To take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the advice services in our 2 main outlets in Amersham and Chesham plus outreach sites.To maintain systems to ensure that the quality of advice meets our audit requirements and complies with the aims and principles of the CAB service.To work with the District Manager to develop services in line with community need and funding provision

Salary Details:

L.G Scale SO1 + outer fringe LW £21759 - £23166 pro rata; 6% contributory pension

Person Description:

Good managerial and communication skillsExperience of advice workSound knowledge of and commitment to ITCommitment to Citizens Advice aims and principles
