has just been launched. Renewal.net has been developed for the Neighbourhood Renewal Unit and its aim is to provide easy access to evidence of what works in neighbourhood renewal.
It has been in development for the last six months and has commissioned a wealth of material which points to approaches to neighbourhood renewal which seem to be successful. There are overviews of topics in housing and environment, crime, health, worklessness, education and local economies, toolkits on processes and practices in neighbourhood renewal, case studies, policy guidance documents, research findings, links and interactive discussion forums. The NRU hopes that it will become a really useful site for anyone involved in regeneration and renewal. Visit the link below and put it in your favourites:
