For local consortia that wish to download the ChangeUp logo for their "local infrastructure development plans" there is a choice of a colour logo or a mono logo . There is also a set of guidelines on the use of these logos that can be downloaded .

Subsequently, Defra undertook a national evaluation of thisearly spend programme. This evaluation is particularly helpful in assessingdevelopment of partnerships and the Regional Consortium has recommendedthis tool to all local consortia and has commissioned work to ensure that all consortia have the opportunity to experience the benefits and use the partnership development toolkit.
