Early Investment Programme

In late 2003 GOSE, together with a small number of regionalpartners, commissioned RAISE, the regional body for the voluntary andcommunity sector, to undertake some regional research to both map theeffectiveness and reach of existing infrastructure services in theregion and to pilot some potential solutions for future delivery.

The outcomes of the regional mapping exercise have been, alongwith national guidance, a key factor in determining the shape of theChangeUp programme in the South East. The full regional programme isavailable in the Regional Plan.
