Help for Local Consortia - GOSE ChangeUp Co-ordinators

The Regional Consortium recognised at the outset that thetimescale for lead bodies to form a local consortium, commissionresearch and develop a LIDP was extremely tight. Therefore, itdevelopeda support structure of ChangeUp Co-ordinators. These Co-ordinators areseconded from the voluntary and community sector across the region toadvise and assist local consortia at their request.
