Housing and Homelessness

The lack of affordable, decent housing in the South East is a continuing issue. To date RAISE's work in this area has included enabling members to engage with relevant consultations, partnership working with statutory and voluntary organisations and commissioning research.

RAISE aims to consult further with member organisations working on the 'frontline' of housing and homelessness and will use evidence based information to shape decisions at a strategic level. RAISE will continue to work with statutory partners such as GOSE, SEEDA and SEERA to ensure that the VCS is fully involved in developing solutions for housing and homelessness issues and joining up outcomes with other Government policies.
