Summary:

RAISE was set up in 1999 with a mission to enable VCOs to influence regional policy, wherever it is made or implemented, for the benefit of the people they serve. Every year since then we’ve been able to report substantial achievements in fulfilling this mission. And, most importantly, our 1,500 VCO members tell us that we are doing a vital job – keeping them abreast of policy developments which affect them and enabling them to influence those developments without having to take their eyes off their front-line work.
