The VCS and Health Event on Wednesday 4th February. The Regional Strategic Cross Sector Partnership (RSCP) is a group that champions and supports the Third Sector to develop a strategic and influential role with public sector partners. It also promotes the benefits, contributions and aspirations of the sector, supports the role of the Third Sector in the South East and supports the government and its agencies in developing positive policies and strategies for the sector.
