Summary:

This short questionnaire was circulated by email to RAISE website users in December 2002. This is a preliminary report on its results which highlight the tension between getting enough information in it and its packed appearance. Its design is, of course, a compromise around this tension. We would be delighted to learn of a more effective compromise.
