The SEEDA Training Pools programme will introduce a model that addresses the skills gaps for adults in employment at the technical, professional and skilled trades level â Level 3 and above. It is often within these categories where there is a significant level of continuing replacement, however, there is a shrinking supply of young people entering the workforce. Therefore, upskilling the existing adult workforce is of continuing importance to the productivity of businesses in the South East region.
