Job Description:

Based in Guildford and working accross Surrey we run a range of both day centre based and community outreach services for people who have sustained a head injury. We are looking for a Care/Rehab Assistant to support these services.

Salary Details:

£13,600 p.a

Person Description:

Have experience in working with people with of different age groups, community groups or those with disabilities. You will need a current driving licence and have access to a car during the working day.
